Travis build failures: This version of ChromeDriver only supports Chrome version 76 #245

A project of mine using panther very recently started encountering failing builds on Travis CI.
Travis installs the Chrome stable from https://dl.google.com/dl/linux/direct/google-chrome-stable_current_amd64.deb.
Chrome stable recently changed from version 77 to version 78. This seems to be no longer compatible with the version of ChromeDriver supplied by panther.
At the time of writing, https://chromedriver.storage.googleapis.com/LATEST_RELEASE returns 78.0.3904.70 suggesting that there is a newer version of ChromeDriver that can/should be used.
@dunglas What's the best method for updating the version of ChromeDriver supplied with panther? Should I simply run chromedriver-bin/update.sh and then create a PR from the resulting changes?
