Migration identities remain stable across release directories. Database advisory locks prevent concurrent execution, failed work retains recoverable state, and explicit history aliases avoid guessing applied anonymous migrations.

Full QA: 48 tests / 182 assertions; real database integration: 6 tests / 77 assertions.

Dependencies use stable tagged versions, CI references the reviewed immutable workflows commit, and historical tags remain unchanged. Exact-commit archive installations were checked before publication. New tagged versions follow successful hosted PR checks.
