Includes the v1.0.4 advisory-lock fix and corrects the WordPress archive caller permissions and development-file exclusions. This patch preserves the published signed v1.0.4 tag; SQL and API behavior remain the same.

The optional attestation remains explicitly disabled. The archive caller matches the pinned reusable workflow contract used by the other published plugins.
