Includes the advisory-lock schema-planning fix and repaired WordPress archive workflow. The archive's Plugin Check now documents the private temporary CSV stream with narrow exceptions for its open/close calls; checks for other file operations remain enabled. Runtime SQL, API and CSV output are unchanged from v1.0.5.

The signed earlier tags remain intact. Package/database checks and the WordPress archive preflight pass before this release is published.
