README-only patch. Bump @pathlight/fix and @pathlight/cli to 0.3.2 so
the npmjs.com README pages pick up the 0.3.x documentation pass from
ab24021 (extensive fix-engine, BYOK, OpenClaw docs).

No code or behavior changes. SDK + Python SDK + eval + openclaw +
docker images unaffected, not republished.
