The disclaimer showed only on first visit with no way back to it. When the modal is closed, an info button in the canvas's bottom-right corner brings it up again.

The welcome/disclaimer modal shows only on the first visit. This adds a small floating info button in the bottom-right corner of the canvas (clear of the React Flow watermark) that reopens it on demand.
Follow-up to #48 - this commit was authored on the original branch after the merge cut-off, so it never landed on main.
