    Insertion operators (#30)

    * ~ moved test/unit/stlsoft/string/test.unit.string.simple_string => test/unit/stlsoft/string/test.unit.stlsoft.string.simple_string

    * + brought over test.unit.stlsoft.string.string_slice

    * + preparatory work, in defining some insertion operator tests

    * + added and applied `stlsoft::util::string_insert()`, including unit-tests, to `stlsoft::basic_shim_string<>`, `stlsoft::basic_simple_string<>`, `stlsoft::basic_static_string`, `stlsoft::stlsoft_C_string_slice_m_t`/`stlsoft::stlsoft_C_string_slice_w_t`

    * ~ applied `stlsoft::util::string_insert()` to `stlsoft::basic_string_view<>`, and brought in test.unit.stlsoft.string.string_view
