    more performance improvements:
    + added `stlsoft::std_chrono_hrc_stopwatch` (in **include/stlsoft/diagnostics/std_chrono_hrc_stopwatch.hpp**), which is a stopwatch implemented in terms of `std::chrono::high_resolution_clock`;
    + added execute_performance_tests.sh, which, er, executes performance tests;
    ~ test.performance.platformstl.stopwatch implemented in terms of `stlsoft::std_chrono_hrc_stopwatch`;
    ~ minor layout improvements in **include/unixstl/diagnostics/processtimes_stopwatch.hpp**;
