Boost intermittently fails on "Use suggested fee"

Observed while testing on the backend from e2e tests (see: bitkit-e2e-tests/docker).

Observed for both CFPF and RBF boost.

Steps to reproduce

1. Boost incoming (CFPF) or outgoing (RBF) transaction using "Use suggested fee"

Actual:
Boost intermittently fails with "Boost failed - Bitkit was unable to boost transaction".

Expected:
Since it is using suggested fee the boost should be stable.
