Prerelease for Bitkit's payment-latency updates.
- Includes #177: performs the independent USDT nonce, authorization and balance checks concurrently before signing.
- Preserves quote expiry, fee limits, the payment operation lock, acknowledged remote backup and broadcast ordering.
- Includes current master through
4ad42297d62b077bfb9399f295f3dd2d82151fc9, including the rc9 fixes. - Rebuilds the iOS and Android native libraries for 0.8.0-rc10. There are no public API changes.
Use v0.8.0-rc10 with SwiftPM and com.synonym:bitkit-core-android:0.8.0-rc10 on Android. Both packages are published and their downloads have been verified. Android native debug symbols are attached to this release.
Validation: 101 USDT regression tests passed (one ignored), including concurrent preflight, backup, expiry and recovery coverage. Rust formatting, Clippy and Android ktlint completed without introduced diagnostics. iOS and Android binding builds, smoke compilation and Android publication passed. The iOS framework checksum matches SwiftPM; the Maven sources and AAR match their published checksums and include all four Android ABIs. Generated Swift and Kotlin interfaces are unchanged.
