This prerelease includes the USDT deposit liquidity fix from #175 and the latest master changes at the release tag.

  • Return BridgeLiquidityUnavailable for deposit amounts above available bridge liquidity, matching outgoing bridge quotes.
  • Include #173's bridge-reference validation, compatibility with historical recovery records, and dependency patches.
  • Publish matching SwiftPM and Android 0.8.0-rc9 packages. Generated public interfaces are unchanged.

The iOS XCFramework is attached. Android publication runs automatically and is available after the Gradle Package workflow succeeds.

Validation: all 100 USDT tests passed, with 11 deposit tests rerun on the final version. Formatting, Clippy, Kotlin lint/compilation, binding generation and iOS framework checks completed. The full Rust suite had 11 Blocktank staging HTTP failures, reproduced on unchanged master; those external-service failures remain.
