Implemented form versioning backend: snapshots, history, diffs, rollback
Added auto snapshot on form save
Implemented advanced email template backend with DB persistence
Added merge tags, conditional blocks, loop blocks, and preview rendering
Added spf_email_templates database table migration
Fixed bootstrap include block issue and bumped plugin version to 2.1.0
