synth-containers 0.4.3

This release consolidates production runtime contracts with the v0.10 annotation, trace, CISPO and tunnel improvements.

• Preserve task limits, terminal reward provenance, metadata composition, and journal acknowledgement, retention and replay behavior.
• Integrate live annotation and retained mini-SWE training traces, with bounded scheduling and durable evidence handling.
• Improve tunnel WebSocket/SSE streaming and explicit event-artifact links.
• Scan in-memory event logs for credentials and retain inspection-server cleanup after exceptional exits.
• Handle macOS process-group liveness-probe failures without aborting cleanup.
• Raise Starlette and IDNA security floors, with patched cryptography and urllib3 development dependencies.

TBLite is optional evaluation infrastructure, not a production dependency. Version 0.4.2 remains unchanged.

Validation: full package tests, lint/type-debt gate, wheel/sdist validation, isolated installation and Banking77 contract tests. Tagged publication workflow 34419184253 passed. Live provider GEPA end-to-end acceptance remains deferred; offline checks are not live acceptance. This package is not full Workshop v0.10 acceptance or cloud-deployment sign-off.
