Console 1.4.0 adds versioned installation archives, explicit setup and lifecycle commands, and isolated Python dependencies.

The packages include the Synthesis core 4.101.1 launcher from commit a886f0f. synthesis-console setup stages the shared core without registering agent plugins or enabling services. --no-dormant-core opts out of that staging; synthesis-console synthesis activate --profile full explicitly activates the full profile.

Console's Python actions use an owned virtual environment with bundled PyYAML 6.0.3. Autostart requires its separate install command. The release includes the archive, checksum-bound curl installer, Homebrew formula, and dependency provenance in release.json.
