feat: ship the OpenScience research workbench

What this ships

• Native Jupyter notebook open/edit/save, cell execution, kernel lifecycle, outputs, and notebook artifacts
• Local/SSH compute jobs with reproducibility metadata, output capture, cancellation, and project-safe working directories
• Scientific file and artifact workbenches across chemistry, structures, sequences, genomics, mass spectrometry, tables, PDFs, images, and large binary containers
• Research provenance, evidence graph, artifact inspection/annotation/review, manuscript authoring, and reviewed publication export
• Research launchpad, project starters, skills UX, model controls, Muse availability messaging, and reliability/security hardening
• Standalone landing/docs/release improvements required for the new product surface

Release hardening

• Handle compute spawn errors without crashing or leaving jobs stuck
• Prevent publication symlink escapes and render reviewed exports from one immutable byte snapshot
• Bound large text previews to 8 MiB and make truncated previews explicitly read-only
• Resolve blank local compute paths against the live active project, including after project navigation

Verification

• bun run typecheck — 7/7 tasks passed

• Backend suite — 1,338 passed, 1 skipped, 0 failed
• Browser suite — 73 passed, 0 failed
• Focused compute browser suite — 2 passed, including cross-project cwd regression
• Workspace, docs, and landing production builds — passed

• Independent pre-merge review — no remaining Critical or Important blockers

This PR does not run or change the npm production publish workflow.
