Features & Enhancements

SBGN Improvements

Enhanced SBGN rendering capabilities with new inhibition elements, customizable styling options, and improved visual control over node geometry and label visibility.

SBML Network

  • Fix the issue with rotational mapping for `LineEndings'.
  • Added independent text glyph support.
  • Improved reaction grouping logic to respect all aliases.
  • Added methods to hide/show labels.

Layout Control

  • Added iterations parameter to autolayout() for better layout tuning.
  • Creation of orphan species glyphs (i.e., species not part of any reaction).

Dependency Management

  • Made tellurium an optional dependency, imported only when needed for antimony-based models or simulations.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed test assertions for species position equality.
  • Corrected issues with the "Figure 4" example script.
  • Applied several minor bug fixes.
