szl-engine-bench 0.3.3

szl-engine-bench 0.3.3 publishes the prefix-reuse receipt that is already on main.

PyPI 0.3.2 does not contain prefix_reuse. The release gate refuses to republish an existing version, so this tag is v0.3.3 on commit bb2a369d8ce3f989d80322856c3b480d53811af9.

prefix_reuse_receipt checks a caller-supplied prefix hash, token counts, a UTF-8 byte cap, and a token cap. A well-formed result is DECLARED. It is not MEASURED. No engine is contacted. The prefix hash is not bound to the prompt. Samples stay a list and winner stays null.

receipt_minted stays false. The signer is ABSENT. Lambda remains Conjecture 1. This release is not LIVE and is not a trained model.

szl-engine-bench 0.3.2 — namespaced package

Breaking: the top-level modules engine_bench and benchmark_manifest moved under the szl_engine_bench package so the wheel no longer claims generic import names. Use from szl_engine_bench import engine_bench, the szl-engine-bench console script, or python -m szl_engine_bench. No behavior change; 119 tests. Audit: #15
