  • start and verify every configured health-worker slot during each ASGI process lifespan
  • close all process-owned health workers during application shutdown
  • prove startup readiness, partial-start cleanup, and shutdown ownership at the public ASGI boundary

This release is the deployed multi-process acceptance candidate for #217. The issue remains open until released-runtime startup ordering and cold/warm timing gates pass across both Gunicorn processes.
