ForgeBridge v0.1.0-alpha.3

First public alpha/beta testing release of ForgeBridge. Includes local MCP workflows, permissioned filesystem/Git/terminal/browser tools, Secure MCP Tunnel support, English and Russian documentation, doctor/browser-install onboarding, package validation, SBOM, and release automation. This is early testing software: commands, MCP schemas, configuration, and behavior may change before 1.0.
