Krypton 2.4.7 - macOS arm64

Patch release fixing the macOS kweb GUI Deploy crash introduced in 2.4.6.

Changes

  • Define the missing Krypton path-separator helper used by remote-folder
    normalization.
  • Rebuild the compiler, Krypton-native driver, kweb CLI, and kweb app as 2.4.7.
  • Keep FTP deployment rooted at the account root when Remote dir is empty.

Verification

  • Compiler self-host fixpoint is byte-identical.
  • macOS suite: 71 passed, 0 failed, 8 platform skips.
  • Objective-K runtime and OKUI checks pass.
  • Installer and app are Developer ID signed and Apple notarized.
  • Installer ticket is stapled and Gatekeeper accepts both installer and app.
  • Final package installation and installed kweb Deploy path pass.

This release updates macOS arm64 only. Linux and Windows remain on their
previously published platform versions.
