Scheduling asks for the exact date and time of the Huddle. HuddlePace watches for a Huddle from 20 minutes before to 20 minutes after that time and starts the pace in the first one it finds.
A scheduling timezone in Settings. It defaults to Pacific Time and can follow each scheduler's own timezone or a fixed zone. Summaries show the time with its zone, for example 10:00 AM PT.
Manual start. When another pace in the channel is within 20 minutes of the time you picked, the form says so. You can pick another time or save the pace for manual start under a code like m1, then run /pace start m1 inside the Huddle. Speakers, the pace creator and workspace managers can start it.
Paces saved for manual start show in App Home and on the standby card HuddlePace posts when a Huddle begins.
A pace whose Huddle never started is marked Missed. Its speakers get a DM with a Reschedule button, and App Home lists it under Missed while there is one. Pick a new date and time and HuddlePace watches for a Huddle again.
Changed
Several paces on the same day no longer all start with the first Huddle. Each Huddle starts only the pace nearest its time.
A pace starts once, even when two of its speakers join the same Huddle together.
/pace start and an @HuddlePace mention still start the nearest scheduled pace at any time.
Paces scheduled before this version use the time they were created as their start time, so they show as Missed once that window has passed. Reschedule them from App Home.
