CDN Link Issue for Webfont

Description

Found an issue with the link provided in Tabler's webfont documentation (https://tabler.io/docs/icons/webfont). The CDN link provided is incorrect (I believe because the structure of the package changed at some point).

I already have a fix in mind but am not confident creating a pull request, which is to change the link to
https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/@tabler/icons-webfont@3.17.0/dist/tabler-icons.min.css
instead of
https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/@tabler/icons-webfont@3.17.0/tabler-icons.min.css

Steps to reproduce

1. Copy the link provided in the documentation (<link rel="stylesheet" href="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/@tabler/icons-webfont@3.17.0/tabler-icons.min.css">)
2. 404 Error (Couldn't find the requested file /tabler-icons.min.css in @tabler/icons-webfont.)

Fix:

• Link should include /dist/ as this is how the package is formatted.
  https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/@tabler/icons-webfont@3.17.0/dist/tabler-icons.min.css

Closing as this appears to be fixed: CDN link in documentation has been updated, and when replacing $ICONS_VERSION with latest as suggested it leads to a valid file.
