[Webfont] Can't use filled and non-filled icons at the same time in latest version (3.36.1)

Description

The jsdelivr CDN url only loads/makes available the outline icons, not the filled icons. And the url for the filled icons replaces the icons for the base classes (e.g. 'ti-circle-x') with filled versions.

No 'ti-xxx-filled' classes work with either url. When loading the first url outline icons are displayed and when loading the second url, filled icons are displayed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Load the webfont url (https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/@tabler/icons-webfont@latest/dist/tabler-icons.min.css)
2. Attempt to display a filled icon with "ti ti-circle-x-filled".
3. No icon is displayed.
