URLStrip 1.1 Build 18 - Command Guard

URLStrip 1.1 Build 18 adds Command Guard to the desktop apps.

Highlights:

• macOS and Windows now warn when copied terminal commands match risky patterns such as remote download-and-execute chains, PowerShell irm | iex, encoded payloads, persistence commands, and destructive shell actions.
• Optional command neutralization is available but disabled by default.
• Command Guard status, stats, notification controls, test command helpers, and rules-version visibility are now available in the desktop UI.
• macOS and Windows downloads are refreshed with normalized Build 18 filenames.
• macOS DMG is signed, notarized, stapled, and Gatekeeper accepted.
• Windows installer and installed app EXE are signed with Azure Trusted Signing.

SHA-256 checksums are included in 1.1.sha256.
