Hotfix for summon attribution.

The 41 36 spawn record's mask widened from u16 to u32. Reading the old width still gives the right entity kind and the right parent_key gate — both live in the low half — so this looked harmless and was not.

What moves is the subtree byte that gates the inline name, from offset+2 to offset+4. For a summon that name is its owner's character name, and it is the fallback that attributes a pet's damage to its player when the record carries no parent_key. Read from the wrong offset it does not error; it finds no name, and the symptom is pets drifting into rows of their own instead of merging into their owner's.

The mask is now read as a u32 — correct for both formats, since only the low half is ever tested — and the name gate is tried at both offsets, keeping whichever decodes.

Nothing else changed in this build.
