Adds a way to tell us it worked, not only that it broke.

There's a new button on the finish screen, beside "Report a problem". Pressing
it is genuinely useful: until now the only thing that ever reached us was
failure, so a working install was invisible and "does this tool actually work"
could only be answered from the absence of complaints.

It follows the same rules as the bug report, which is to say:

  • You see the exact text first. Nothing is sent that you haven't read.
  • No account and no identifier. Nothing that says who or where you are, and
no way to link two submissions to the same person.
  • Your home folder name is removed, on your Mac and again on arrival.
  • Printer model and firmware only if you tick the box. Never the printer's
name, address, serial number or any password.
  • "No thanks" is a real answer. No badge, no reminder, no nagging, and the
    app behaves identically either way.

If you've printed something with your copy — especially a nested job — that one
sentence is worth more than everything else in the report put together.
