OB2 1.0.0

First release of OB2, a fast download manager for Windows.

Highlights

• Splits each file across up to 32 connections, and pauses and resumes anytime, even after a crash or reboot
• Categories, scheduled queues, speed limits, and checksum verification
• Chrome and Edge extension: captures downloads, adds a button over videos, and finds every file on a page
• YouTube and other video sites with your choice of quality and audio track

Install

1. Download OB2-portable.zip below and unzip it anywhere you can write to.
2. Run OB2.exe. No installer or .NET needed (Windows 10 1809+ or Windows 11, 64-bit).
3. Optional browser setup: in OB2 go to Options > Browser > Register, then load the chrome-extension folder in chrome://extensions or edge://extensions (Developer mode > Load unpacked).

OB2.exe is not code-signed, so Windows SmartScreen may ask for confirmation the first time: choose More info > Run anyway. Check your download against SHA256SUMS.txt.
