Installation

PhyloCartoPlot is available from PyPI:

pip install phylocartoplot

PhyloCartoPlot requires Python 3.10 or later.

Main dependencies include:

• Biopython
• Cartopy
• Rasterio
• Matplotlib
• Pandas
• NumPy
• scikit-image

These dependencies are installed automatically by pip.
