The nixpkgs bump in NixOS/nixpkgs#558650 flaked, preventing it from getting bumped.
#71 fixed most of the things, but there's still a race in oss in netcheck that's preventing others.
Fix that, then bump oss here, and then re-tag tailcat & update the nixpkgs bump.
