clientupdate: tailscale update fails on openSUSE (zypper-based systems)

What is the issue?

On openSUSE and zypper-based systems, tailscale update fails with

$ sudo tailscale update
open /etc/yum.repos.d/tailscale.repo: no such file or directory;
you can try updating using "dnf upgrade tailscale"

And dnf upgrade tailscale then also fails since there are no repos in /etc/yum.repos.d/ on a zypper-based system.

Steps to reproduce

On an [open]SUSE system with tailscale installed via zypper:

$ sudo tailscale update
