Add file extension on config init command

Currently when I run `./node_modules/.bin/tailwind init [filename]` as shown in the docs, I must append the file extension.

Wouldn't it be more user friendly if the file extension was automatically added? Like run `./node_modules/.bin/tailwind init tamilwind-config` would result in a `tailwind-config.js` file?
