Previously we had janky separate watch scripts that triggered Jigsaw on every change and couldn't use Webpack's built-in watching stuff.
This fixes that so everything is all done within Webpack, which is really tubular because it means rebuilds are fast as hell compared to before.
I've also excluded our production build folder from git here and removed analytics from local builds. I should have done that in a separate PR. I didn't.
