Pre-releasegithub-radar v0.1.0 is the first tagged alpha distribution candidate for this bounded, local-first GitHub research scanner. It is not a production-readiness claim.
Included scope

- Seven bounded research modes:

Reproducibility evidence
The attached wheel and sdist were rebuilt from a fresh checkout of tagged commit 5056a534066403b9a01faa27b16680687ff2d1c9 with the documented fixed SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH. Their hashes match the attached RELEASE_ARTIFACTS.sha256 and the manifest committed at the tag:

Explicit evidence boundary
This prerelease demonstrates the repository's offline test result and reproducible local packaging only. It does not establish production fitness, exhaustive GitHub coverage, external adoption, security certification, genuine stars, or supply-chain safety. Inspect is root-only, search coverage is incomplete, and observational warnings can miss relevant evidence.
