Multiline goal text support and make it possible to change the user prompt template

As we grow our Arbigent tests, we sometimes think the simple "goal" is not enough. We might want to have some template for the goal prompt. However, Arbigent used to use the 'Goal:""' template, which makes it difficult to change. So I made it changeable in project settings.
