Change

The skills you turn on in the chat are remembered. A selection that includes one of your own skills comes back as it was - in a new chat and after a reload - and nothing is added to it, so a built-in skill you switched off stays off. A selection of only built-in skills still falls back to the shipped default, and skills whose folder no longer exists are dropped from it.
