Writer can now search existing memory and create or revise multiple linked Atoms in one model response. Historical runs retain their source basis across later inputs, so a long history can update existing topics over successive finite batches.

This release also adds incremental and priority vector indexing, scoped hybrid retrieval for SQLite, and purge behavior that retains unrelated vectors. Atom remains a JavaScript library; applications own scheduling, model calls, checkpoints and currency budgets.

Validation: 157 tests on Node 22/24 in CI and Node 26 locally; 13 executable documentation examples; fresh local-tarball and npm-registry consumer installs with TypeScript, MemoryStorage, SQLite, automatic recall, batch edits and vector updates. The new history example is deterministic; no new real-model quality or cost benchmark is claimed.
