Mountaintop radio sites on the ATAK map, nearest first, with the nets on each one
and the tone that opens each repeater. It answers "what is the closest Command 5
repeater, what mountain is it on, and what tone does it use" from a side pane.

387 California sites, 212 nets, 1,024 channels. USFS, CAL FIRE, county and
local systems, BLM, Cal OES, NPS and interop. Every site carries at least one net,
and every net shows the one tone you transmit to key that mountain.

Which repeaters can I reach from here

Turn From me on and, for every site within range, the plugin walks the terrain
between you and the antenna over the elevation data on your device, scores the
worst ridge in the way for the loss a signal takes bending over it, and weighs
that against what a handheld into a mountaintop repeater can afford. Sites come
back likely, marginal or unlikely; likely ones light up green on the
map and head the list, and Only likely puts the rest away.

It is a guide, not a prediction: bare earth, no trees or buildings, one ridge
rather than a range of them, and a handheld rather than the radio in your hand.
Confirm on the radio.

There is deliberately no coverage picture. Drawn from a repeater a viewshed reads
as a coverage map and is not one, and drawn from you, ATAK's own samples on a
fixed grid however far it reaches — so the same mountain changed from visible to
hidden with a display setting alone.

Also in this release

  • Search hears what you say: "CDF Command 5", "CDF C5" and "cdf 5" all find the
    same net
  • Sites draw as the NWCG repeater symbol, named, with details, a pairing line and
    polar on the radial menu
  • The catalog refreshes from the depot, so a new site is a catalog change rather
    than a plugin release
