Evac Zone 0.4

Evac Zone puts evacuation zones on the ATAK map, from the agencies that publish them. Pick a state, turn it on, and every zone is drawn in one color language whatever its agency calls the status: red for an Order, yellow for a Warning, blue for an Advisory, purple for Shelter in Place, green for Lifted. Each zone carries its name. Tap one for everything the agency publishes about it, or find it by name in the list and go to it.

First public release. What is in it:

• One feed per state: California (Cal OES, with CAL FIRE and the county feeds folded in, one zone drawn once), Oregon (OEM), British Columbia, and hurricane zones for Hillsborough and Lee counties in Florida.
• Counties as a filter: every county of the state, with the zones it has right now; pick one or many, and the map, the counts and the list narrow to them.
• Distance and zoom controls: draw zones within a radius of the map center or of you, and only past the zoom you choose.
• The zone list follows the map: search by id, name or county; filter by status; nearest first, with the distance; tap a row to go there; Details for the agency's data.
• The user manual, from Settings, Tool Preferences, Evac Zone.

Built and tested in California. If your state publishes evacuation zones and they are not here, open an issue and point at the data.

Sideload the one matching your ATAK, then load it in ATAK's Plugins manager. The plugin needs internet access to fetch zones; nothing is sent from your phone.
