Feature Layer 0.14: fire history, My Fires, CAL FIRE, and layers that stay on the phone.
What's new
- Fire History: where fires have burned since 1900, from NIFC's interagency fire perimeters, drawn the way EGP draws them. The last ten years are colored by how long ago they burned; earlier burns have a color per decade back to the 1980s, grey before. The newest burn draws on top. Each band and decade switches on its own.
- Find across all of history: search Fire History by name from the main screen; add a year to pick one fire ("Cedar 2003"). Names that start with what you typed come first.
- My Fires: add the burns that matter to your incident from their details; each gets a white edge. Then show only your fires, and clear the list when the incident is over.
- CAL FIRE: on fires CAL FIRE runs, its acres, containment and location come first in the details, with a button to its incident page.
- Layers stay on the phone: a layer or type you switch off is hidden, not deleted, so everything downloaded comes back after a restart with no network. With no signal, the row says so.
- The guide and the built-in manual have new pictures throughout.
