FOBS (Field Observation Survey) captures a perimeter or an area in ATAK by walking it, tracing it, or pulling it out of a track log, and turns the result into an ordinary ATAK drawing shape with area and perimeter.
What changed in 0.7
The same plugin as 0.5, rebuilt so that each ATAK target's APK carries its own versionCode (the plugin version and the ATAK version folded into one integer). One code shared by three builds made an MDM holding two of them report an incompatible build; with 0.7 it holds all three, and a phone moving up an ATAK version takes the matching build as a normal update. 0.6 was the same work and was superseded before publication on a scan note about a code comment. Nothing else changed.
If your MDM holds more than one of these builds, assign each one to a device group by ATAK version: the 5.8 build installs on any phone, and only ATAK refuses to load it.

Sideload the matching one, then load it in ATAK's Plugins manager. User guide with screenshots: https://github.com/takwerx/fobs/blob/main/docs/USER_GUIDE.md
