CloudTAK 13.49 — and your plugins come with it

CloudTAK moves to the tested 13.49 release on Ubuntu, Rocky/RHEL, and ARM. The update carries your installed browser plugins (such as Dispatcher) across CloudTAK's new internal layout and rebuilds them for you — no reinstall. After an update, the map picks up the new version on the next reload instead of showing a blank screen from a stale browser cache.

Safer password recovery on hardened deployments

Finishing a password reset now signs the browser out and returns you to the sign-in page. A reset link opened on a shared or admin machine can no longer leave the new user inside a session that was already open in that browser, and completing a reset always walks you through multi-factor setup as intended.

Installs and updates that heal themselves

• A box whose files had been left owned by the wrong user (from an earlier manual fix) could half-apply an update and quietly run two versions at once. The console now repairs ownership and completes the update on its own, and tells you plainly to reboot if a step needs it — no command line.
• Fresh-install reliability: a new server missing Docker or PostgreSQL is now handled gracefully instead of failing partway through deployment.
• A Guard Dog maintenance job no longer reports a false failure on split-database boxes.

Security

Database credentials are kept out of the audit log, plus additional hardening.

Upgrade: open the console and click Update Now (or let auto-update apply it). Existing data and configuration are preserved.
