Public Land Survey System (PLSS) overlay for ATAK. Draws surveyed township and section boundaries with their labels, the way the built-in Grid Lines overlay draws a computed graticule, and answers "what section is this" for any point on the map.
What changed in 0.8
- Each ATAK target's APK now carries its own versionCode (the plugin version and the ATAK version folded into one integer). Every signed PLSS before this carried versionCode 1, which no MDM could push as an update, and one code shared by three builds was not enough either.
- The pack checksum is taken from the finished file on disk, and an empty download is refused instead of hashed.
Nothing else changed. 0.6 and 0.7 were the same work and were superseded on a scan note before publication.
If your MDM holds more than one of these builds, assign each one to a device group by ATAK version: the 5.8 build installs on any phone, and only ATAK refuses to load it.
