Live traffic and road incidents for ATAK. Draws current road traffic above whatever base map the operator has already selected, keeps it refreshing while the map sits still, and now puts every state's road incidents on the map as icons.
What changed in 0.8
- Road incidents from all 50 states. Crashes, road closures, lane closures, road work, hazards, vehicle fires, chain control, weather and highway message signs, from each state's own traveler information system, drawn as icons beside the traffic colors. Pick the states you care about; the first time, the state you are in is picked for you.
- Settings for incidents: a zoom gate, an area (what is in view, or a distance around you or the map center), and each type on or off.
- Details that keep updating. Tap an icon for what, where, when it was reported and last updated; California Highway Patrol incidents list their units, and message signs are drawn as they read on the road.
- Highway shields above the traffic, so the route number is not hidden under a red line.
- Over a state you do not follow, the pane says so and offers to add it in one tap.
- A new user manual (in Tool Preferences) and user guide.
Incidents come from a takwerx server that gathers every state's public feed; the device talks only to that server and the traffic tile provider, over HTTPS.

Sideload the matching one, then load it in ATAK's Plugins manager. Each build installs as an update over 0.6. If your MDM holds more than one of these builds, assign each one to a device group by ATAK version.
