Highlights

• Release publication now binds every service image, CLI artifact and GitHub release tag to the exact immutable source commit used by the release workflow. A publication whose tag drifts to another commit fails before it can be adopted.

Upgrade notes

• Deployments should adopt v0.5.85 as one source-bound cohort through the normal Ops release workflow. No database migration or manual configuration change is required; the managed deployment CLI and runtime remain paired.
