Catalog and source-reader reliability release. Protected FileCrypt containers are retained as manual fallback mirrors while unlocked hosts remain first. Online-Fix comments mentioning 403 no longer trigger false blocked-page detection, and removed source pages are recorded explicitly instead of becoming incomplete catalog data.
