Welcome to Talvo Desktop v1.0.2 — a complete rewrite of the desktop ERP system for medical supplies and pharmaceuticals. This release brings automatic server management, remote branch support via Cloudflare, and full synchronization with the cloud.

📦 Installation Guide (Click to expand)

Step-by-Step Installation

1. Download

Download Talvo_Setup_1.0.2.exe from the Assets section below.

2. Run Installer

Double-click Talvo_Setup_1.0.2.exe to start the installation.

3. Follow the Wizard

  • Accept the license agreement
  • Choose installation folder (default: C:\Program Files\Talvo)
  • Select additional tasks (see below)

4. Additional Tasks (Important!)

During installation, you'll see this page:

Install Talvo Server Service ✅ YES ❌ No
Install Cloudflare Tunnel Service ✅ YES ❌ No

⚠️ Important:

  • Master Device: Only ONE device in your entire network. Install both services.
  • Branch Device: Multiple devices. Don't install any services.

5. Complete Installation

Click Install and wait 2–5 minutes.

6. First Launch

  • Open Talvo.exe from Start Menu or Desktop
  • Enter your credentials:
    • Master: license_key + username + password
    • Branch: branch_code + username + password

Master Device (Primary Server)

Definition: The main device that hosts the database and server.

Requirements:

  • Only ONE Master per tenant
  • Should run 24/7 (always on)
  • Needs stable internet connection
  • Should have static local IP (recommended)

Installed Services:

  • ✅ Talvo Server Service
  • ✅ Cloudflare Tunnel Service

Responsibility:

  • Stores all data in tenant_*.db
  • Serves all branches
  • Syncs with cloud

Branch Device (Remote Client)

Definition: Devices that connect to the Master remotely.

Requirements:

  • Multiple branches allowed
  • Can be turned on/off anytime
  • Needs internet connection
  • No special hardware needed

Installed Services:

  • ❌ No services
  • Just the app

Responsibility:

  • Connects to Master via Cloudflare
  • Executes all operations on Master
  • Displays data

📖 Usage Guide (Click to expand)

For Master Device

  1. Launch Talvo.exe
  2. Enter:
    • License Key: Your tenant license key
    • Username: admin (default)
    • Password: admin123 (change it!)
  3. The server will start automatically
  4. Cloudflare Tunnel will start automatically
  5. Master URL will be registered in the cloud

For Branch Device

  1. Launch Talvo.exe
  2. Enter:
    • Branch Code: Provided by Master (e.g., BR-10-1234)
    • Username: Your username
    • Password: Your password
  3. The app will connect to Master via Cloudflare
  4. All operations run on Master
