Problem: Knowledge 7.1.2 exact-pins Eval 0.144.6, so consumers that select Eval 0.144.8 install two Eval copies.

Change: publish Knowledge 7.1.3 with exact Eval 0.144.8 and update its install documentation.

Why: one canonical Eval copy must own candidate identity and duplicate rejection. This removes the split contract at the package that creates it.

Proof:

  • 60 test files passed, 3 skipped; 558 tests passed, 12 skipped
  • lint, typecheck, and 35-file build passed
  • package verification installed one Eval 0.144.8, Core 0.5.4, and Interface 0.46.1 copy
  • official optimizer packed integration passed 2 of 2 tests
  • frozen install and diff check passed

Rollback: retain Knowledge 7.1.2 until this release is verified on npm.
