• Bump @tangle-network/agent-knowledge to 8.0.3.
• Align required peers to Eval >=0.145.17 <0.146.0 and Interface >=0.55.0 <0.56.0.
• Pin development and lockfile resolution to Eval 0.145.17, Core 0.9.2, and Interface 0.55.0.
• Update the compatibility release entry.
