The always-loaded guide duplicated CLI examples and storage documentation. It now keeps ownership, evidence, isolation, and mutation rules inline and routes task-specific detail to maintained sources. The knowledge skill completes ingestion and retrieval without forcing an unrelated optimization cycle, and its next-skill reference uses the current name.
Validation: all local Markdown references resolve; git diff and hooks pass; the repository skill checker and skill frontmatter validator pass. Independent review found no lost domain constraint. No runtime code changes.
