* chore(deps): align eval and interface cohort

* chore(release): 7.0.4 on eval 0.140.1

Align the knowledge stack to the current single compatible cohort:
agent-eval 0.140.1 -> agent-core 0.4.29 -> agent-interface 0.40.0.
No source changes; the cohort contract test and hardened package
verification run against the new pins unmodified.
